ifilm movie for this weekend ‘33 Days’ is an epic depiction of good against evil on par with international cinema, a review says.

The rave review of ifilm movie pick for this coming Saturday says ‘33 Days’ is an international film in its real sense hailing from Iranian cinema directed by Jamal Shourjeh.

The Iranian director cast a group of international actors who showcased a major international development through an eastern lens.

The flick depicts how a host of evil, the Israeli forces for that matter, disturbed the tranquility of innocent residents of a village in Lebanon.

The village acts as the front line of defense against Israel atrocities and evilness, bringing peace to the area with the effective weapon of resistance.

Shourjeh said of his offering in an ifilm exclusive interview, “As much as I recall things relating to ‘33 Days’, the project began to shape almost a month after the 33-Day War.”

He noted the flick was supposed to be a documentary before decisions to turn it into a feature.

August 14 marks ending anniversary of Israel’s 33-Day War on Lebanon. The conflict began with the Israeli army launching airstrikes against Lebanese cities as well as the positions of the resistance movement Hezbollah.

In 2006, the Israel regime attacked and invaded Lebanon in an effort to wipe out the Islamic Resistance, but after 33 days, it was forced to admit defeat and retreat from the country.
